Solutions · Three programmes, one household at a time
Three ways to get retirement paperwork sorted — each scoped precisely to what a household needs.
All three programmes below are administrative and educational in nature. We sort, label, scan and summarise. We do not interpret regulated documents, assess entitlements or contact institutions on your behalf.
← Back to HomeHow we approach every engagement
Every Nestward programme follows the same sequence: look at what is there, sort it into a logical structure, label it, write down what was found, note what appears to be missing, and hand everything back to the household in a form they can use. The sequence is the same whether the programme takes two hours or five months.
Between sessions, households receive a short written plan and a template so that the work can continue independently if they choose. Nothing depends on our continued involvement after handover — the documents, the structure and the written outputs all belong to the household from the moment they are created.
Applicable across all programmes
- Originals remain in the household's possession at all times
- All outputs are written documents, not verbal summaries
- Regulated questions are collected, not answered speculatively
- Pace can be adjusted between sessions without penalty
- Digital files go onto storage the household already owns
- Working copies deleted from our equipment within seven days of close

One category · One 2-hour session
Best for: households that want to start small, or have one category causing particular concern
A short engagement for a single category of paperwork — most households begin with employment records or membership correspondence. The coordinator meets you once, sorts that category into a clear structure, labels it, notes what appears to be missing, and writes a one-page summary. It is deliberately small: it lets you see how the work feels before deciding whether to go further, and many households never need more than this.
What is included
- Labelled folder set for the chosen category
- One-page plain-language summary of what was found
- Gap list noting what appears to be absent
- A reusable template for the next category (if you continue independently)
Process
1. Before the session
You gather the papers in the chosen category — wherever they currently are. No pre-sorting needed.
2. During the session
We sort, label and review the category together. You see every decision made.
3. At close
You receive a labelled folder set, a one-page summary and a gap list before we leave.

Household Records Programme
Fee
RM 1,720
4 sessions × 2 hrs · 8 weeks · One household
Best for: households that want the full picture of their retirement-adjacent papers sorted properly, at a comfortable pace
An eight-week programme covering the full set of retirement-adjacent household paperwork. Fortnightly sessions each take one area — employment history, membership correspondence, identification and civil documents, property and utility records — and finish it properly rather than half-tidying everything. Between sessions you receive a short written plan and a template. The final session assembles a document map and a family orientation note.
What is included
- Workbook and template pack for ongoing reference
- Completed document map of the whole household
- Family orientation note — a plain guide to the arrangement
- Open-questions register to bring to a qualified professional

Two-Generation Archive Programme
Fee
RM 4,650
Up to 18 sessions · 20 weeks · Two households
Best for: families where adult children are helping manage an older parent's affairs alongside their own
A five-month programme for families holding paperwork for both an older parent and the adult children who support them. The coordinator works across both households: inventories each, agrees one shared naming convention, scans and indexes both digital sets onto the family's own storage, rebuilds both physical sets, writes a single orientation document covering both, and runs three walkthrough sessions so each household understands the other's arrangement.
What is included
- Two full inventories with a single shared naming convention
- Digital archive on the family's own storage (scanned and indexed)
- Two labelled physical sets, rebuilt from scratch
- Single orientation document covering both households
- Three walkthrough sessions (one per household + one joint)
- Open-questions register and a review calendar
Administrative work throughout — sorting, scanning, indexing, labelling and writing. No interpretation of entitlements and no contact with any institution on your behalf.

Standards shared across all programmes
Personal Data Protection Act compliance
We handle personal information in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010. Client data is held only as long as needed and is not shared with third parties.
Written engagement letter before any session
Every engagement begins with a written letter describing scope, deliverables, fee and cancellation terms. No session proceeds without a signed copy.
Session records kept for 12 months
A brief session log is kept for twelve months after engagement close, available to clients on request. It is then deleted.
No speculative interpretation
When a document raises a question that falls outside administrative coordination, we note it without offering an opinion. The note goes into the open-questions register.
Engagements can close early without penalty
If a household has what it needs before a programme is complete, the engagement closes. The fee is prorated to sessions completed; no minimum charge applies.
Two-working-day response commitment
All enquiries — including between-session questions from active clients — are answered within two working days.
